1. Speaker Does Not Turn On
Charge the speaker using a standard 5V/2A charger.
Allow about 2.5 hours for a full charge according to the manual.
Check the charging indicator:
Red blinking = low battery.
Red ON = charging.
Red OFF after charging = fully charged.
After charging, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
2. Speaker Is Not Charging
Use a standard 5V/2A charger.
Check whether the red charging indicator turns ON.
Allow the specified charging period.
Do not use the speaker while charging.
3. Bluetooth Is Not Connecting
Power on the speaker.
Confirm it is in Bluetooth mode; Bluetooth mode starts automatically when powered on.
Open Bluetooth settings on the phone.
Search for Breeze 7.
Select Breeze 7 to connect.
If pairing remains unsuccessful, perform a factory reset:
Press and hold Forward + Backward together for 5 seconds.
After reset, search for Breeze 7 again.
4. Previously Paired Phone Does Not Reconnect
Disconnect Bluetooth by pressing and holding Forward + Backward together for 2 seconds if needed.
Reset the speaker if required using Forward + Backward together for 5 seconds.
Search for Breeze 7 again and pair.
5. No Sound After Bluetooth Connection
Confirm the phone shows Breeze 7 as connected.
Start audio playback.
Increase speaker volume using the rotational volume control.
Confirm the phone itself is not muted.
If the issue continues, reset the speaker and pair again.
6. TWS Is Not Working
Turn on both Breeze 7 speakers.
Make sure both are in Bluetooth mode.
On one speaker, press and hold Backward for 2 seconds.
Wait for the pairing sound.
Connect the phone via Bluetooth and play music.
7. TWS Needs to Be Disconnected
Press and hold the Backward button for 2 seconds to exit TWS.
8. USB Playback Is Not Working
Insert the USB playback source.
Press and hold Forward to switch modes.
Use Forward/Backward to change tracks.
Use Power to play/pause.
9. FM Radio Is Not Working
Double-press Power to search and automatically save stations.
Forward/Backward provide the documented track/navigation functions.
Short-press Power mutes.
10. Calls Are Not Working Through the Speaker
Answer: short-press Power.
Reject: press and hold Power for 2 seconds.
End: short-press Power or use the phone.
Transfer to phone: press and hold Power for 2 seconds.
11. RGB Lights Are Not On
RGB lighting turns on automatically when the speaker is powered on.
If lighting does not appear, first confirm the speaker itself powers on normally.
12. Speaker Turns Off Automatically
This can be expected behavior if:
There is no Bluetooth connection or music for more than 10 minutes, or
The speaker is in USB mode and paused for 10 minutes.
13. Battery Backup Is Lower Than Expected
The website states up to 6 hours playtime. The playtime varies based on volume and music style.
14. Speaker Is Used While Charging
Do not use the speaker while charging to protect the battery.
15. Factory Reset Procedure
Press and hold Forward + Backward together for 5 seconds.
This restores factory settings and clears Bluetooth pairing records.
