| Speaker not ON | Charge and try Power again. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Select BT mode and search Portronics Nebula X again. |
| USB not playing | Reinsert USB; USB mode should start automatically. |
| AUX not working | Reconnect AUX and select AUX using M. |
| No/low sound | Adjust + / - and check source volume. |
| TWS not pairing | Put both in BT mode and hold BASS >2 sec. |
| Bass too low | Press BASS. |
| RGB not working | Press Light; hold Light >2 sec for ON/OFF. |
| Battery low | Charge using Type-C + minimum 5V/3A adapter. |
| AUX muted | Short-press Play/Pause. |
TWS Check
Important: TWS pairing is only guaranteed to work reliably between two Nebula X units from the same production batch. Different batches may fail or behave inconsistently. Check the batch/date code on both units.
Bluetooth
Press M for BT mode → search Portronics Nebula X → pair again.
USB
Reconnect the USB drive. It should automatically switch to USB playback.
AUX
Reconnect the cable and select AUX with M.
RGB
Hold Light >2 sec = ON/OFF
Press Light = change effect
