Arm Balance
Before changing tension:
Mount the laptop tray or monitor.
Hold the arm firmly.
Adjust tension gradually.
Test the arm movement.
Repeat until balanced.
Mounting Check
| Check | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Desk thickness | 10–65 mm |
| Maximum load | 6 kg |
| Base | C-Clamp or suitable Grommet |
| VESA plate | Fully tightened and sitting flat |
| Arm connection | Correct orientation and secure |
VESA / Monitor Installation
Use the screw set that matches the monitor's mounting holes. Align the VESA plate correctly and fasten all screws securely.
Tilt
If tilt is too loose or too tight, adjust the tilt screw with the Allen key:
Clockwise = tighten
Anti-clockwise = loosen
Maintenance
Regularly check screw and joint tightness. If the setup changes to a different laptop/monitor weight, rebalance the arm tension.
