USB not workingReinsert the USB drive and open FileManager.
Wi-Fi not connectingOpen Wi-Fi Settings, select the network and reconnect.
Bluetooth not connectingOpen Bluetooth Settings and pair the device again.
Apps not loadingCheck Wi-Fi/internet access and restart the projector.
Screen mirroring not workingRe-enable mirroring on the phone/device and reconnect.
System frozen / abnormal screenForce shutdown or use the reset button.
Projector overheatingClear ventilation openings and keep at least 30 cm clearance.

1. Projector Does Not Turn ON

  1. Confirm the power cable is securely connected.

  2. Check that the power source is working.

  3. Press and hold the projector's power button or use the remote.

  4. If there is still no response, disconnect power briefly and reconnect.

2. No Display / Wrong Input

  1. Confirm the external device is ON.

  2. Check the connected cable.

  3. Select the correct source:

    • HDMI 1

    • HDMI 2

    • USB

    • AV

  4. Reconnect the source and try again.

3. Image Is Blurry

  1. Keep the projector stable.

  2. Move/reposition the projector if required.

  3. Allow Auto Focus to run.

  4. Use the remote's electronic focus controls if manual adjustment is needed.

4. Image Is Tilted or Distorted

  1. Reposition the projector toward the center of the screen.

  2. Allow Auto Keystone to run.

  3. Check that the projection surface is suitable and the projector is stable.

5. Wi-Fi / Internet Not Working

  1. Open Settings → Wi-Fi Setting.

  2. Confirm Wi-Fi is ON.

  3. Select the correct network.

  4. Re-enter the password if required.

  5. Check whether another device can access the same network.

  6. Restart the projector and reconnect.

6. Bluetooth Not Connecting

  1. Open Settings → Bluetooth Setting.

  2. Turn Bluetooth ON.

  3. Put the external device into pairing mode.

  4. Search for the projector/device.

  5. Pair again.

7. Streaming Apps Not Working

  1. Check the Wi-Fi connection.

  2. Confirm the projector has internet access.

  3. Restart the affected app.

  4. Restart the projector if required.

8. USB Media Not Playing

  1. Reinsert the USB drive.

  2. Open FileManager.

  3. Select the required category:

    • Video

    • Image

    • Audio

    • Office

  4. Try another compatible media file if necessary.

9. Screen Mirroring Not Working

  1. Make sure the phone/device supports wireless screen mirroring.

  2. Enable the mirroring function on the projector.

  3. Start the corresponding wireless casting/mirroring function on the phone/device.

  4. Select the projector and reconnect.

10. Projector Is Frozen / System Has Crashed

Option 1 — Force shutdown

  • Press and hold the projector's top power button for 5 seconds.

  • The system will shut down and restart.

Option 2 — Reset

  • Use a card pin or similar object to briefly press the R / Reset button on the side.

  • After shutdown, press and hold the power button to restart.

11. Projector Gets Too Hot

  1. Switch it OFF and disconnect power.

  2. Check that the ventilation openings are not blocked.

  3. Clean the dust net.

  4. Keep at least 30 cm / 1 ft clearance around the projector.

  5. Allow the projector to cool before restarting.

12. Dust / Airflow Issue

Clean the removable dust net from the bottom of the projector:

Power OFF → Remove dust net → Clean → Reinstall correctly

Do not clean or service the projector while it is powered.
