1. Projector Does Not Turn ON

  1. Confirm the power cord is connected.

  2. Check the wall power source.

  3. Press the projector Power button.

  4. Try the remote Power button.

  5. Check the indicator:

    • Red: Standby

    • Blue: Working

2. Projector Is ON but Image Is Not Clear

Auto Focus

  1. Keep the projector steady.

  2. Wait for the automatic focus adjustment.

  3. If the projector has just been moved, allow it to refocus.

Manual Focus

Use the remote:

  • F+ to adjust focus forward.

  • F- to adjust focus backward.

  • Long-press for faster adjustment.

  • Short press for fine adjustment.

3. Auto Focus Is Not Desired

Go to Projection Settings → Auto Focus and turn the function OFF.

4. Projector Goes Into Standby

The projector may automatically enter standby after being idle for more than 15 minutes.

Press the Power button to resume operation. 

5. Remote Control Not Working

  1. Point the remote toward the back of the projector.

  2. Check/reseat the batteries.

  3. Try the Power button first.

  4. Test navigation using Up/Down/Left/Right and OK.

Aim the remote toward the back of the projector.

6. Projector Is Getting Hot

  1. Switch OFF the projector if it becomes excessively hot.

  2. Make sure the ventilation openings are not blocked.

  3. Keep at least 2 ft clearance behind the projector.

  4. Keep the unit away from extreme temperatures.

  5. Clean the vents regularly.


7. Image / Viewing Setup Issue

For optimal viewing:

  • Position the projector about 5 ft high.

  • Keep it about 5 ft away from the wall/screen in front.

  • Keep the rear ventilation area unobstructed.

8. Wi-Fi / Smart Features Not Working

  1. Open the projector's Settings.

  2. Check the Wi-Fi connection.

  3. Confirm the network has internet access.

  4. Restart the projector and reconnect.
