Quick Troubleshooting
| Problem | Quick Fix |

| Projector not turning ON | Check the power cord and try the projector/remote Power button. |
| No picture | Select the correct input and reconnect the source cable. |
| Image blurry | Run Auto Focus. |
| Image tilted / skewed | Run Auto Keystone and reposition the projector. |
| HDMI not working | Reconnect HDMI and select the HDMI source. |
| USB not working | Reinsert the USB drive and open the USB/File Manager option. |
| Wi-Fi not connecting | Reopen Wi-Fi settings and reconnect to the network. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Restart pairing and select the Bluetooth device again. |
| OTT apps not loading | Check internet/Wi-Fi first, then restart the app/projector. |
| No sound | Check projector/source volume and Bluetooth/AUX connection. |
| Voice remote not responding | Check remote battery and retry pairing/operation. |
| Projector overheating | Clear ventilation and allow the projector to cool. |
1. Projector Does Not Turn ON
Confirm the power cord is firmly connected.
Check that the wall power source is working.
Try the projector's Power button.
Try the remote Power button.
If there is still no response, disconnect and reconnect power before retrying.
2. No Picture / Wrong Input
Check that the external device is powered ON.
Select the correct source.
Reconnect the HDMI cable if using HDMI.
For USB, remove and reconnect the USB drive.
Restart both the projector and source device.
3. Image Is Blurry
Keep the projector stable.
Allow Auto Focus to run.
Reposition the projector if required.
Check that the projection surface is clear.
4. Image Is Tilted or Distorted
Point the projector more directly toward the screen.
Allow Auto Keystone to correct the image.
Reposition and wait for the projector to finish adjustment.
5. Wi-Fi / Internet Not Working
Open Settings → Wi-Fi.
Make sure Wi-Fi is ON.
Select the correct network.
Re-enter the password if required.
Test another device on the same network.
Restart the projector and reconnect.
6. Bluetooth Not Connecting
Open Bluetooth settings.
Put the Bluetooth speaker/headphone into pairing mode.
Search for the device again.
Remove an old pairing if necessary.
Pair again.
7. Streaming Apps Not Working
Check Wi-Fi/internet access.
Open the app again.
Restart the projector if the app remains unresponsive.
Check for an available system/app update through the projector settings.
8. HDMI Shows No Signal
Reconnect the HDMI cable.
Select HDMI as the source.
Make sure the connected device is outputting video.
Try another compatible HDMI cable/source.
9. USB Media Not Playing
Reinsert the USB drive.
Open the USB/File Manager option.
Select the required supported file.
Try another compatible file if needed.
10. No Sound
Increase projector volume.
Check the source-device volume.
Confirm the intended audio output.
Disconnect/reconnect Bluetooth or AUX audio if used.
Restart playback.
The Beem 510 has a built-in 5W Dolby Audio speaker.
11. Voice Remote Not Responding
Check the remote batteries.
Point the remote toward the projector.
Restart the projector.
Retry the relevant voice/navigation function.
12. Projector Gets Hot
Switch the projector OFF.
Keep ventilation openings clear.
Do not place the projector close to walls or other heat sources.
Allow it to cool before using it again.
