  2. Make sure both speakers are in Bluetooth mode.
  3. Select one speaker.
  4. Press and hold the Mode button for about 2 seconds.

Reconnecting TWS

If TWS is disconnected because of shutdown or a mode change, the speakers can automatically reconnect when they are switched on again or returned to Bluetooth mode.

Important: TWS pairing is only guaranteed to work reliably between two SoundDrum 1 units from the same production batch. Pairing speakers from different batches may fail or behave inconsistently. Check the batch/date code on both units if TWS pairing doesn't work.

Hands-Free Calling

When the speaker is connected to your phone through Bluetooth:

  1. Answer an incoming call: Short press Play/Pause.
  2. Reject an incoming call: Press and hold Play/Pause.
  3. Switch the call to the phone: Press and hold Play/Pause during the call.
  4. End the call: Short press Play/Pause.

The built-in microphone is used for hands-free calling.

Reset Function

To restore the speaker to factory settings:

  1. Press and hold Volume Down for more than 5 seconds.
  2. The speaker powers off.
  3. Bluetooth and TWS connection memory is cleared.
  4. The speaker returns to its factory settings.

Use the reset procedure when normal pairing or TWS reconnection does not resolve the issue.

Charging

  1. Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port.
  2. Use a suitable DC 5V/1A charging source.
  3. Allow approximately 3 hours for charging.
