If your earbuds are not pairing with a laptop or Smart TV, please try the following:
Ensure the laptop or Smart TV supports Bluetooth audio output.
Put the earbuds into pairing mode (LED indicator should be blinking).
Remove or disconnect any previously paired devices from the earbuds and the laptop/TV Bluetooth list.
Turn OFF other nearby Bluetooth devices during pairing to avoid interference.
If pairing still fails, please check the device’s Bluetooth compatibility or contact customer support for further assistance.
