If the keyboard does not appear in the Bluetooth device list during pairing, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check Pairing Mode
Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Press and hold Fn + 1 / Fn + 2 / Fn + 3 for 3–5 seconds until the indicator light starts blinking.
Step 2: Verify Bluetooth Channel
Confirm that the correct Bluetooth channel (BT1, BT2, or BT3) is selected before attempting to pair.
Step 3: Restart Bluetooth on Your Device
Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Step 4: Restart the Keyboard
Turn the keyboard OFF, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it ON again.
Re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode and attempt to connect.
Step 5: Attempt Pairing Again
Open your device’s Bluetooth settings, search for available devices, and select Bubble 3.0 BT1 / BT2 / BT3 to complete the connection.
