Section A: Connecting via 2.4 GHz USB Receiver
Step 1: Turn ON the Keyboard
Turn on the keyboard using the power switch located on the keyboard.
Slide the switch to 2.4 GHz mode.
Step 2: Insert the USB Receiver
Insert the USB receiver (dongle) into the USB port of your laptop or desktop.
The keyboard will automatically connect to the device.
No manual pairing is required.
Step 3: Connection Confirmation
Once the connection is successful:
The keyboard will respond immediately while typing.
If the keyboard does not respond:
Remove and reinsert the USB receiver
Try connecting to another USB port
Ensure the keyboard is powered ON
Section B: Connecting via Bluetooth
The Bubble 3.0 keyboard supports connection with up to three Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
You can switch between devices using BT1, BT2, and BT3 modes.
Step 1: Turn ON the Keyboard
Turn the power switch ON.
Slide the switch to Bluetooth (BT) mode.
Step 2: Select Bluetooth Channel
Use the following key combinations to select a device channel:
Fn + 1 → BT1 Mode
Fn + 2 → BT2 Mode
Fn + 3 → BT3 Mode
Step 3: Activate Pairing Mode
Press and hold the selected Bluetooth key (Fn + 1 / 2 / 3) for 3–5 seconds.
The indicator light will start blinking rapidly, indicating that the keyboard has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.
Step 4: Enable Bluetooth on Your Device
For Windows
Open Settings
Go to Bluetooth & Devices
Turn Bluetooth ON
Click Add Device
Select Bluetooth
Choose Bubble 3.0 BT1 / BT2 / BT3
Click Connect
For macOS
Open System Settings
Select Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth ON
Locate Bubble 3.0 BT1 / BT2 / BT3
Click Connect
Step 5: Connection Confirmation
Once the keyboard is connected:
The indicator light will stop blinking
The keyboard will respond normally while typing
The keyboard is now ready to use.
Section C: Charging the Keyboard
To charge the keyboard:
Connect the keyboard to a 5V / 2A adapter using the USB to Type-C cable.
Allow the keyboard to charge fully.
Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.
Important Notes
Always use the provided USB to Type-C cable for charging.
Avoid charging with low-quality or incompatible adapters.
Section D: Troubleshooting Guide
Issue 1: Keyboard Not Appearing in Bluetooth List
Recommended Checks:
Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode
Confirm the correct Bluetooth channel (BT1 / BT2 / BT3) is selected
Restart Bluetooth on your device
Restart the keyboard and try pairing again
Issue 2: Keyboard Connected but Not Typing
Recommended Checks:
Remove the keyboard from the Bluetooth device list
Restart your laptop or PC
Reconnect the keyboard
Ensure the keyboard is not connected to another device
Issue 3: Keyboard Not Charging
Recommended Checks:
Use the original Type-C cable
Use a 5V / 2A power adapter
Inspect the charging port for dust or damage
Issue 4: Keyboard Entered Sleep Mode
The keyboard automatically enters sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery.
Solution:
Press any key to wake up the keyboard.
Issue 5: Resetting the Keyboard
If the keyboard is not functioning properly, perform a reset:
Slide the switch to 2.4 GHz mode
Press ESC + Q together for 3 seconds
Insert the USB receiver again to reconnect
