Portronics Tune Lite is a car Bluetooth receiver designed to convert your wired Android Auto or Apple CarPlay system into a wireless connection. Once connected, it allows your smartphone to automatically connect to your car’s infotainment system without the need for cables.
The device works through a USB plug-and-play mechanism, making it simple and convenient to set up and use.

Note:
This device works only with OEM infotainment systems (Original Equipment Manufacturer / company-fitted systems).
Your car must support wired Android Auto or Apple CarPlay for the device to function.
How to Connect Portronics Tune
Step 1: Power On the Device
Insert the Portronics Tune Lite device into the USB port of your car.
Once connected, the device will automatically power ON.
The infotainment display will show the Tune device name.
Step 2: Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on Your Smartphone
Open Settings on your smartphone.
Go to Bluetooth settings.
Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned ON.
Step 3: Search for the Device
Tap Add Device / Pair New Device.
Look for “Portronics Tune Lite” in the available devices list.
Step 4: Pair the Device
Tap Portronics Tune Lite to connect.
Your phone will display Bluetooth Connected once pairing is successful.
Step 5: Start Using the Device
After successful pairing:
Your car infotainment system will automatically launch Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
Your smartphone will connect wirelessly whenever you start the car.
The device is now ready for use.
Troubleshooting Guide
Issue 1: Device Not Powering ON
Recommended Checks
Ensure the device is properly inserted into the car USB port.
Confirm that the car ignition is turned ON.
Remove and reinsert the device firmly into the port.
Try another USB port in the car if available.
Issue 2: Device Not Appearing in Bluetooth List
Recommended Checks
Ensure the device is powered ON.
Turn Bluetooth OFF and ON on your smartphone.
Remove the device from the USB port and plug it in again.
Search again for Portronics Tune in the Bluetooth list.
Issue 3: Unable to Pair with Smartphone
Recommended Checks
Ensure the device is not already connected to another smartphone.
Remove Portronics Tune Lite from your:
Bluetooth device list
Android Auto / Apple CarPlay paired devices
Restart your smartphone and try pairing again.
Ensure the phone is within 5–8 meters of the device.
Issue 4: Connection Lag or Delay
Recommended Checks
Remove Portronics Tune Lite from the Bluetooth list and reconnect.
Restart your smartphone and reconnect to the device.
Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both enabled.
Move the phone closer to the infotainment system to improve signal strength.
