 Troubleshooting Guide

Issue 1: Mouse Not Connecting (Bluetooth)

  • Ensure the mouse is in pairing mode (LED blinking rapidly).
  • Restart Bluetooth on your device.
  • Turn the mouse OFF and then ON again.
  • Ensure the mouse has sufficient battery charge.

Issue 2: Mouse Not Working (2.4 GHz Mode)

  • Reinsert the USB receiver properly.
  • Try connecting through a different USB port.
  • Restart your system and reconnect.

Issue 3: Frequent Disconnection

  • Maintain usage within a 5–10 meters range.
  • Fully charge the mouse.
  • Remove the device and reconnect it.

Issue 4: Cursor Lag or Delay

  • Keep the mouse closer to your device.
  • Avoid using the mouse on reflective or glass surfaces.
  • Close background applications consuming high system resources.
  • Check the battery level.

Issue 5: Mouse Not Charging

  • Ensure the Type-C cable is properly connected.
  • Try using a different charging adapter or port.

Important Usage & Care Instructions

  • Do not expose the mouse to dust or moisture.
  • Avoid dropping or applying excessive pressure.
  • Store the device in a cool and dry environment.
  • Turn OFF the mouse when not in use for extended periods.
