1. Quick Reference Table
| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Speaker won't turn on | Battery discharged | Charge via the Type-C (5V) port and retry the On/Off button |
| Microphone won't turn on | Mic battery discharged | Charge the microphone separately via its own Type-C (5V) port |
| Won't pair over Bluetooth | Wrong mode selected, or not discoverable | Single-press the input button until Bluetooth mode is selected, then search again on your phone |
| USB/TF card won't play | Media inserted after mode was set, or unsupported format | Reinsert the drive/card, then single-press the input button to select USB drive or TF drive mode |
| AUX connected but no sound | Wrong mode selected, or cable not seated | Cycle to AUX mode with the input button; reseat the audio cable at both ends |
| Mic has no voice effect | Voice changer not activated | Press the Voice Changer button on the microphone to cycle through effects |
| RGB lights not showing | Speaker off, or not in an active playback mode | Confirm the speaker is powered on and connected/playing audio |
2. Speaker Won't Turn On
- Press the On/Off button on the back panel — check that it registers (listen for a power-on tone if applicable).
- Connect the supplied Type-C cable to the speaker's charging port and a 5V power source; allow it to charge before retrying.
- If there's still no response after charging, this may point to a hardware fault — contact support.
3. Wireless Microphone Won't Turn On or Respond
- Press the Power button on the microphone to turn it on.
- If it doesn't respond, connect it to a 5V power source via its own Type-C charging port and let it charge.
- Confirm you're not confusing the mic's controls with the speaker's — the mic only has Voice Changer, Volume Up/Down, and Power buttons.
- If the mic powers on but doesn't transmit sound to the speaker, move closer to the speaker and confirm the speaker itself is powered on.
4. Won't Pair Over Bluetooth
- Single-press the input button on the speaker to cycle through modes until Bluetooth mode is selected.
- On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for devices, and select "Apollo One."
- If it doesn't appear, confirm the speaker isn't currently sitting in USB, AUX, or TF card mode instead.
- If it was previously connected to another device, disconnect or move out of range of that device, then retry pairing.
5. USB Drive or TF Card Won't Play
- Insert the USB drive or TF card into its port on the back of the speaker.
- Single-press the input button to select "USB drive" or "TF drive" mode as appropriate.
- Use the Play/Pause button to start playback if it doesn't begin automatically.
- If nothing plays, check that the audio files are in a commonly supported format, and test the drive/card in another device to rule out a corrupted file or card.
6. AUX Mode Not Working
- Connect the supplied audio cable between your device and the speaker's AUX port.
- Single-press the input button to cycle to AUX mode.
- Check the volume on the source device itself — AUX is a passive connection and isn't controlled by the speaker's own volume buttons.
7. Volume & Track Controls Not Responding
| Action | Control |
|---|---|
| Previous track | Single press |
| Next track | Single press |
| Reduce volume | Long press (previous track button) |
| Increase volume | Long press (next track button) |
| Play/Pause | Single press |
For the microphone, use its own dedicated Volume Up/Down buttons (long press) rather than the speaker's controls.
8. Charging Issues
- Charge the speaker and the microphone separately — each has its own Type-C (5V) charging port.
- Use only the supplied Type-C cable(s) for reliable charging.
- Full playtime is up to 5 hours; higher volumes, RGB lighting, and voice-changer use will reduce this.
9. General Safety Reminders
- Keep the speaker away from heat sources, moisture, and water.
- Place it on a stable surface, out of reach of children.
- Never open the cover, dismantle the unit, or insert objects into it.
- Clean only with a soft, dry cloth — avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
- Unplug the power cord if the speaker will be unused for a long period.
