2. Speaker Won't Turn On

  1. Long-press the Power button and check for any response (light or tone).
  2. Connect the Type-C cable to a 5V/2A (or higher) adapter and charge for at least 30–60 minutes — remember the included cable is charging-only and won't transfer data.
  3. Never attempt to charge if the cable is damaged or the speaker is wet — dry it fully and use an undamaged cable before retrying.
  4. If there's still no response after charging, this may point to a hardware fault — contact support.

3. Won't Pair Over Bluetooth

  1. On first power-on, the speaker automatically enters pairing mode with a flashing blue light.
  2. On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Apollo 20."
  3. Once paired, the light turns solid blue and you'll hear a connection tone — if you don't hear this, the pairing likely didn't complete; retry.
  4. Stay within the >10m rated range during pairing, and make sure the speaker isn't already connected to another device.

4. Wireless Microphone Won't Connect

  1. Make sure the speaker is already connected via Bluetooth mode before turning on the microphone.
  2. Turn on the wireless microphone — it should connect to the speaker automatically.
  3. If it doesn't connect, power-cycle the mic and retry.
  4. Since Apollo 20 ships with 2 wireless mics, connect and test them one at a time to isolate whether the issue is with a specific microphone or the speaker itself.

5. Echo / Voice Changer Not Working on the Mic

  1. Echo adjustment: short-press the mic's Power button to enter ECHO Adjustment Mode, then short-press Volume Up/Down to cycle through echo intensity levels. Short-press Power again to save and exit.
  2. Voice changer: short-press the mic icon to cycle through 5 voice-changer modes.
  3. Voice cancellation: double-press the mic icon to toggle voice cancellation on or off.
  4. If none of these respond, confirm the mic is actually connected to the speaker (see section 4) — these effects only work while paired.

6. RGB Lights Not Working as Expected

  • On the speaker: short-press the ✳ button to cycle through 4 light modes; long-press to turn the lights off entirely.
  • On the microphone: double-press the lights icon to change the mic's own RGB effect, or turn its RGB off.
  • If lights don't respond at all, confirm the speaker is powered on — the RGB indicator only activates once the unit is running.

7. Charging Issues or Damage

  1. Only use a 5V/2A (or higher-rated) adapter — a non-standard 5V adapter can damage the speaker.
  2. Never charge the speaker if the cable is damaged or the unit itself is wet — let it dry completely and inspect the cable first.
  3. The included Type-C cable is for charging only; it does not support data transfer, so don't expect to use it for file transfer or firmware updates.
  4. If charging problems persist with a known-good adapter and cable, contact support — this may indicate a hardware fault, especially if a non-standard adapter was used previously.

8. General Safety & Care Reminders

  • Keep the speaker away from heat sources, moisture, and water.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the speaker or microphones yourself.
  • Keep away from chemicals like benzene and thinner, and away from strong magnetic or electric fields.
  • A low battery can affect Bluetooth range and connection stability — charge promptly when needed.
  • Dispose of packaging, batteries, and old electronics responsibly through proper classification/recycling channels.
