My speaker won't turn on

1. Make sure the power adapter is plugged in firmly, both into the wall and into the speaker.
2. Only use the original adapter that came with your speaker — other adapters may not work.
3. Check the small fuse near the power socket — if it's damaged, it will need replacing.
4. Look for a light on the speaker to confirm it's receiving power.

It won't charge

1. Use only the original charger that came with the speaker.
2. Watch for a light that turns on while charging, and turns off (or changes) once it's full.
3. If you see no light at all, try checking the cable connection again.

My wireless microphone keeps cutting out

The speaker has a built-in antenna for the microphone. Make sure the speaker is standing upright — this helps the antenna pick up the mic's signal properly.

My handheld microphone won't turn on

1. Unscrew the small cover at the bottom of the microphone.
2. Put in two fresh AA batteries, making sure the + and – ends face the right way.
3. Press the power button on the mic once to turn it on.

My USB drive or memory card won't play music

1. Make sure your music files are saved as MP3 files — other formats won't work.
2. Press the mode button to switch to USB/TF playback mode.
3. Before removing your USB drive, press the stop button first.

I can't get the radio to work

1. Press the mode button until the speaker switches to radio.
2. Press the scan button — it will search for stations nearby and save them automatically.
3. Once stations are saved, press the channel button to move between them.

The bass, treble, or echo doesn't seem to do anything

Check the dials on the speaker's control panel — they may just be turned all the way down. Turn them up to hear the difference.

My remote isn't working

1. Make sure you're pointing it straight at the speaker.
2. Try replacing the batteries in the remote.
3. Double check you're pressing the right button for what you want to do (volume, radio, play/pause are in different sections of the remote).
