| Speaker not ON | Charge the speaker, then press Power again. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Select Bluetooth mode with M, then search and pair again. |
| No sound | Check speaker/phone volume and press Play/Pause. |
| AUX not working | Reconnect the cable and select AUX using M. |
| USB not playing | Reinsert the USB drive and select USB mode. |
| microSD not playing | Reinsert the card and select TF mode. |
| Tracks not changing | Use short press on - / +. |
| Volume too low/high | Long press - / +. |
| Mic not working | Check mic Power and volume. |
| Mic volume low | Long press VOL+ on the microphone. |
| Mic volume high | Long press VOL- on the microphone. |
| RGB/backlight issue | Long press M to control the backlight. |
| Speaker not charging | Use the Type-C 5V charging port and check the cable. |
Bluetooth Re-pair
Press M to select Bluetooth mode.
Disconnect the speaker from the phone if already connected.
Search for the speaker again.
Pair again.
Charging Check
| Indicator | Meaning |

| Red LED ON | Charging |
| Red LED OFF | Fully charged |
Microphone Check
Turn the microphone ON.
Check that its battery is charged.
Adjust microphone volume using VOL+ / VOL-.
