Product Overview

The Portronics Harmonics Z13 is a wireless neckband headset with Bluetooth 6.0, 10mm dynamic drivers, inline controls, Game Mode and dual-device pairing. It supports music playback, hands-free calls and voice-assistant access.

Powering On and Pairing

1. Press and hold the MFB for about 2 seconds to turn on the neckband.
2. The blue light flashes three times.
3. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone.
4. Search for Harmonics Z13.
5. Select the headset to connect.
6. A confirmation tone indicates successful connection, and the indicator turns off.

If the headset is not connected within approximately 3 minutes after startup, it automatically powers off to save battery.

Reconnecting to Bluetooth

1. Turn on the neckband.
2. Enable Bluetooth on the phone.
3. Select Harmonics Z13 from the saved-device list.
4. Keep the phone within approximately 10 metres for a stable connection.
5. If it does not reconnect, remove the saved pairing and pair again.

Music Controls

Calls & Voice Assistant

Voice-assistant availability depends on the connected phone and whether its assistant is enabled.

Game Mode

After connecting the headset to your phone, double-click the MFB to switch to Game Mode.

Connecting Two Devices (Dual Pairing)

1. Connect the headset to Device 1 normally.
2. Turn Bluetooth OFF on Device 1.
3. Pair Device 2 with the neckband.
4. Turn Bluetooth back ON on Device 1.
5. Both devices should now be connected to the headset.

Charging

1. Connect a standard USB Type-C cable to the neckband's charging port.
2. Connect it to a suitable 5V/1A USB power source.
3. The red LED stays on while charging.
4. The red LED turns off when charging is complete.

Charging time is about 3–4 hours. Avoid using the neckband while it is charging.

Playtime

Harmonics Z13 is rated for up to 35 hours of playtime. Actual battery life varies with volume, calls, Bluetooth connection conditions and usage.

Type-C fast charging; up to 100 minutes of playback after 10 minutes of charging. Actual results may vary.

Care & Safety

• Keep the neckband away from water, oil and extreme temperatures.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product.
• Use only the supplied or a certified charging cable.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Ensure the earbuds fit properly for the best sound.
• Charge regularly to maintain battery health.
• Avoid prolonged listening at maximum volume.
