Product Overview

The Portronics Harmonics Y4 is a wireless neckband headset with magnetic earbuds, an in-line microphone, dual-device pairing, Music/Game modes and USB Type-C charging. It is designed for music, calls and everyday use.

What's in the Box

Controls & Buttons

Powering On

1. Press and hold the MFB for about 4 seconds.
2. The red and blue LEDs flash and a voice prompt plays.
3. The headset is ready for pairing when the pairing indication is active.

First-Time Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the Harmonics Y4.
2. Wait for the red and blue LEDs to flash alternately.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your phone or other compatible device.
4. Search for Harmonics Y4.
5. Select the headset to connect.
6. When connected, the headset gives a voice prompt or LED indication.

If the headset is not connected within approximately 5 minutes, it automatically powers off.

Reconnecting to Bluetooth

1. Turn on the headset.
2. Enable Bluetooth on the phone.
3. Select Harmonics Y4 from the saved-device list.
4. Keep the phone within approximately 10 metres for a stable connection.

Dual-Device Pairing

Harmonics Y4 supports connection to two devices.

1. Pair the headset with Device 1.
2. Turn Bluetooth off on Device 1.
3. Pair the headset with Device 2.
4. Turn Bluetooth back on on Device 1.
5. Both devices should remain paired with the headset.

If dual pairing does not work, disconnect unused Bluetooth devices and repeat the steps in the same order.

Music Controls

Hands-Free Calling

For clearer calls, keep the phone within range and ensure the microphone is not covered.

Voice Assistant

Press and hold the MFB for about 2 seconds to activate the supported voice assistant, if available on your phone.

Music Mode and Game Mode

Triple-click the MFB to switch between Music Mode and Game Mode.

Use Music Mode for everyday listening and Game Mode when playing compatible mobile games.

Charging

1. Connect a USB Type-C cable to the headset's charging port.
2. Connect it to a suitable 5V/1A USB power source.
3. Check the LED indicator for charging status.
4. Disconnect the headset after charging is complete.

LED Indicator Guide

The supplied manual indicates an approximately 1-hour charging time. Actual charging time may vary with the power source and battery condition.

Clearing the Pairing Record

To clear the pairing record, press the MFB four times while the headset is paired, then pair the headset with your phone again.

Care & Safety

• Avoid extreme heat, cold and humidity.
• Do not drop or crush the headset.
• Do not stretch the neckband cable excessively or pull the cable from the earbuds.
• If you experience discomfort or dizziness, reduce the volume or stop listening temporarily.
• Keep the phone within approximately 10 metres for reliable connectivity.
• Use a suitable quality-certified charger with the Type-C port.
• Do not use damaged charging accessories.
• Avoid prolonged listening at maximum volume.
